We used your LimeLike 'Buttermilk' product to lighten them to match the new mortar on the newer brickwork.
This has made our house look cleaner and like it has been just been freshly re-pointed!
It took 2 x Sample Sachets and we carried the whole job out for less than £25!

LimeLike 'Fossil Grey' (diluted 3x) was used to lighten these mortar joints.

A 50/50 blend of Classic Brick Red & Warm Orange was used to dye the mortar that had smeared over the front of the brick. Two sample pots were enough to complete the project.
This made the joints look narrower and blended in nicely.

Note: We don't usually recommend our products for surfaces used by vehicular traffic, but in this case the mortar joints were recessed and of good sound quality.

Thank you for the recent info + quick delivery of the mortar tinting kit. Very pleased with the results, see attached pictures. The ugly repointing is gone!I used an undiluted mixture of lightener + a small amount of the yellow stock and rustic brown. Takes a few tries to get the right colour match, but not too difficult.
